Steak with Asparagus & Blue Cheese Crumbles
Grilled steak with asparagus and blue cheese crumbles.
Steak (seasoned to taste)
Blue cheese crumbles
Tuscan Herb EVOO
Meyer Lemon EVOO
Brush Steak with Tuscan Herb EVOO and grill about 8 minutes each side or until desired temperature you like.
Sauté asparagus in a little water and Meyer Lemon EVOO drizzled over top. Cook about 5 minutes. Asparagus should still be firm and snappy.
Pull steak off grill and add blue cheese crumbles on top and serve with asparagus. If you want a starch do a baked potato and serve with Tuscan herb drizzle.
