Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs Olivins Spanish Picudo EVOO
  • 1 tsp Olivins Champagne wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Olivins small batch Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs mayonaise
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cloves minced fresh garlic
  • anchovy paste (optional)

Instructions

Whisk in large bowel then add chopped Romaine and toss just before serving. Grate some Parmesan cheese over top. Enjoy!
