We offer individualized tastings of our fine olive oils and balsamic vinegars. On weekends you can taste our own custom blend of coffee called Olivins twist. It’ smooth and delicious. If you like honey we have many types available to taste.
You’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and, on most days, our owner, Bill. We’re always happy to give our guests an introduction to our products and a taste of popular pairings of oils & balsamic - all high quality with amazing flavors. We’ll even give you a recipe or two to go with your choice!
You definitely don’t want to miss out on our famous blood orange brownies! Come hungry. You’ll be smiling when you leave! Olivins is a tasting experience.

Closed all major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Closed 1st 2 weeks in January for Inventory, cleaning and vacation. Reopening 1/19. If traveling from a distance to the shop please call ahead to confirm if we are open. (Bill at 410-924-6607). Due to possible bad weather or staffing issues we may have to close. We can set up a shop opening other then advertised hours if available. Sorry for any inconvenience.
